Project brief
Quilt is a remote funeral service that helps people who lost their loved one to plan and hold a dignified funeral. In 2020, COVID-19 has been affecting all individuals in different ways. In this project, we get the chance to develop the new system to adapt the new normal.
After researching in different aspects during COVID-19, our team decided to take the challenge and design for a better end of life experience.
For the name, quilt is connecting paddings to form a warm bed covering or garment. We want to use quilt as a metaphor to voice the key value of our brand - Connect love together beyond distance.

We learnt about love.
At the end of our presentation, we made a video which is a gift to ourselves to remember this project and all the emotions we had during this term as we worked together. This project, designed under the shadow of death, taught us to seize each moment we have to live and love fully.
